The main cost of the project would be a software developer at 12000 GBP per anum. We will hire a placement student from the John Moores BSc Computing courses for 48 weeks. The software developer will be shadowed by MSc Multimedia students who will work on prototype experiments. The developer will then be free to work on providing a robust Web site. We have found this to be a useful development strategy on the Unmasking Multimedia project [4] The other main cost will be visual material production costs of 6000 GBP. 1000 GBP will be budgetted for evaluation costs and 2000 GBP for publicity costs. Both the School of Computing and ICDC have the necessary resources to develop and host the Web site.

How much flight information do you need to land on the moon? Are you good enough for a blind landing? Can you land with instruments only? This re-creation of the lunar lander arcade game experiments with different levels of feedback. You are given a choice of two paths and we see how it effects your task. We are also collecting timing and accuracy data of landings to see how effective the different levels of feedback are. Also, a score is given at each landing and the best 10 overall score are displayed.
And the Winner is ... Michael aged 16 from Liverpool!
